A-H on quality management system
These can include:
a) survey quality management software of customers and other tqm interested parties
needs and expectations,
b) the establishment of their own quality policies and the determination
of kvalitetsmål,
c) the determination of the processes and responsibilities
that are necessary to achieve quality objectives,
d) clarification of the resource and the need of framskaffing
the resources needed to achieve
quality goals,
e) the creation of methods to measure the impact and
the effectiveness of the approved processes,
f) analysis of the results of these polls
g) the determination of ways to avoid deviations and removal
of the reasons for discrepancies,
h) establishment and deployment of a process of continuous
improvement of the system.
A similar procedure can also be used for
to keep up and improve an existing quality management system.
