Per the RAC SOW:Situations where the provider submits a claim containing an incorrect code but the mistake does not change the payment amount are NOT considered to be improper payments.Knowing all of the ins and out of a RAC Audit will save your hide.This site has RAC Audit tracker info and a ton of other good information.
