Is Small Business Insurance A Necessity For Your Business?
April 27th, 2010
General liability insurance is one of those “not fun” aspects of owning your own business. There is nothing glamorous or cool about knowing the difference between errors and omissions insurance and small business insurance no one going around singing your praises or asking for your autograph for having a general liability policy in place for your business. However, there are few things more important for your business, and perhaps it can be said that there is no higher “boredom to importance” ratio in existence in the business world than the interest level of general liability insurance compared to not having it. The truth of the matter can scare the daylights out of any small business owner worth his or her salt. Because running your own business is stressful enough, you don’t want to add any more to that. The daily pressures of facing the same people every day and trying to take that mix of people and machines and schedules and somehow come out of that with some sort of mix that yields a batch of happy customers and a competent product is enough to drive anyone insane. Add to that the prospect of getting sued, and it’s happy happy place time, where the padded rooms are free.
